Arosi (“the app”) is made by the Smith family and Atlas Systems for children ages 2–6. It was built to be the kind of app a parent can feel good handing to a young child, and that means it is private by design. This policy explains, plainly, what we do and don’t do with data, for the app and for this website.

What we collect

Nothing. Arosi does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information about you or your child. There are:

• No accounts, logins, sign-ups, or profiles.
• No analytics or usage tracking of any kind.
• No advertising and no advertising identifiers (no IDFA).
• No behavioural tracking or profiling.
• No third-party SDKs. The app is built only on Apple system frameworks.
• No notifications, emails, or messages. The app never contacts you.

The app’s App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected,” and that is literally true.

No internet connection

Arosi runs entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection to play. The app makes no network calls at runtime to us or to anyone else. There is no server to send data to, because we don’t operate one.

Data stored on your device

Any settings you choose, such as accessibility or sensory presets, are stored only on your device, by the operating system, for the app’s own use. We never receive a copy. Deleting the app removes this information.

Children’s privacy

Arosi is designed for young children and intended to be safe for use by children under 13 (and under 5). Consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws, the app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. There is no chat, no social features, no user-generated content shared with anyone, and no behavioural advertising.

The app has no in-app purchases and no links out to the web. The one action that leaves the play experience, returning from the goodnight screen, sits behind a parent gate, so a child cannot reach it on their own.

Purchases

Arosi is a paid app with no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. The one-time purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. Apple’s handling of purchases is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. Family Sharing, where enabled, is also managed entirely by Apple.

This website

This site (arosi.app) practises the same restraint as the app: no cookies, no analytics, no trackers, and no third-party scripts. If you email us, we’ll see your email address and message, used only to reply to you, and nothing more.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we’ll update it here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Because the app collects nothing, we don’t anticipate material changes.
